Thank you for choosing to pre-order. Every order for boxer shorts in 2022 is considered a pre-order. Due to the high number of offspring from our producer, the shipping of our boxer shorts has been postponed to September 1st, 2022.

If you are running out of patience, we ask that you just send us an email. Several e-mails ensure that we need significantly longer to process all e-mails. For refunds we ask for a detailed e-mail according to the following procedure:

Subject: refund, name, order number

E-mail content: Brief description of the reason for the refund. Please also attach an IBAN & BIC. Refunds are always returned via bank transfer only. The same means of payment will not be used that you used to pay.

If our support does not answer directly, please avoid further emails, as this is exactly the reason why we cannot always keep up.
