Is there a problem with your boxer shorts? Call us or write an email with the details. We will find a solution as soon as possible. If it was not a self-inflicted case, you will receive a new pair of boxer shorts from us free of charge.
Each of our boxers comes with a 90-day anti-hole guarantee. If your Johannes unintentionally drills a hole in it, you can have these boxers exchanged. If your design is sold out, you can choose between the other shorts.
Did you receive a broken product, a manufacturing defect or an incorrect delivery? You will then receive a new copy free of charge.
As soon as we have your return information & have processed it, you will automatically receive an email from us with the return instructions. You can return the boxer shorts to us free of charge as follows:
- Put the wrong boxer shorts in the new box we sent (your new boxer shorts).
- Cross out your address and write 'return to sender' on the label. Our address is already on the label.
- Throw the well-sealed boxer shorts in a nearby mailbox to save further costs for you. (The post office charges a fee for this)
As soon as we have received the incorrect boxer shorts, we will complete your request and you will receive a confirmation email.
